Couples and Coparenting Mediation – $150/ hr

Many relationships with great potential end due to unhealthy communication patterns and the inability to navigate difficult conversations. Many children get stuck in the middle of their parents disputes due to ineffective communication and the inability to come to a compromise. If you and your significant other are having the same fights or you’re struggling to successfully co parent, this is the service for you. One of my specialties is relationship dynamics, and helping others understand the many factors that go into interpersonal effectiveness. Many situations that seem lost can be salvaged with the right tools and willingness to make an effort from both parties. Let me help you improve your relationships! Interventions – $250/ hr

Do you have a family member or friend that you think needs help but you don’t know where to start? Maybe a few of you that are close to the person have sat together and had conversations about this person’s destructive behavior and have no clue what to do. Having a mental health professional and drug/alcohol counselor to assist with navigating this process can be helpful.

More often than not, people feel helpless when watching a person they love spiral out of control.  I can not only offer guidance for how to get them treatment, but even help mediate this difficult conversation.
